Aqua-Wise Return Policy
At Aqua-Wise, we are committed to delivering premium water treatment products and exceptional customer service. This Return Policy is designed to clearly outline the conditions for product returns while fully protecting Aqua-Wise against misuse, unauthorized returns, and disputes.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date your order is placed.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging, with all manuals, parts, and accessories included.

Any product that has been installed, connected to water, tested, or otherwise used is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Consumable items such as filters, cartridges, membranes, salt, or replacement parts are non-returnable once the factory seal is broken or packaging is opened.

All sales are final after 30 calendar days. No returns or refunds will be processed beyond this period.
2. Return Authorization (RMA Requirement)

All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Aqua-Wise before shipment.

Unauthorized returns sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.

Upon approval, Aqua-Wise will provide detailed return instructions and the designated warehouse return address.

Returns sent to any other address or without prior approval will not be processed or refunded.
3. Shipping and Handling Costs

All shipping costs are non-refundable, including the original shipping cost to you and the return shipping cost to Aqua-Wise.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless Aqua-Wise shipped the wrong product or the product was defective upon delivery.

Aqua-Wise is not responsible for lost, damaged, uninsured, or improperly packaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured carrier.

A restocking fee of up to 20% will be deducted from all eligible refunds to cover inspection, testing, and repackaging costs.
4. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Any product that has been installed, connected to water, or exposed to moisture.

Filters, cartridges, membranes, or consumables with opened or broken packaging seals.
-
Products with damaged, missing, or non-original packaging, even if unused.
-
Special-order, customized, or built-to-spec systems.
-
Clearance, final sale, or promotional giveaway items.
5. Inspection & Testing Clause

All returned items are subject to inspection and functional testing by Aqua-Wise.

If testing reveals any signs of water exposure, usage, tampering, or missing components, the return will be denied and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Aqua-Wise’s inspection results are final and non-negotiable.
6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Aqua-Wise will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, credited back to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees and restocking fees.

Returns missing original packaging, parts, or showing any signs of use will result in partial credit or no refund, at Aqua-Wise’s sole discretion.

Any disputes or chargebacks filed against these conditions will be challenged with documented evidence, including inspection results and photos.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Aqua-Wise within 5 calendar days of delivery and provide photos or video evidence.

Aqua-Wise will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, negligence, or third-party handling is not covered and non-returnable.
8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies, including all shipping and restocking fees.
9. Liability Waiver

Aqua-Wise is not liable for damages, costs, or losses resulting from improper installation, incorrect use, water leaks, property damage, or damages caused by third parties or shipping carriers.

By purchasing from Aqua-Wise, you acknowledge that installation and use are the customer’s responsibility, and no claims for damages beyond the product itself will be accepted.
10. Legal Disclaimer

Aqua-Wise reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Aqua-Wise reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to all terms stated in this Return Policy, including the strict non-returnability of used, installed, or water-exposed products.

Any attempt to dispute or bypass these conditions via chargeback or third-party claims will be legally contested and defended by Aqua-Wise.
Return Address
The Aqua-Wise warehouse return address will be provided with your RMA approval. Unauthorized returns sent to any other location will not be accepted or refunded.
